All products offered by Casmo Health are sold strictly for legitimate laboratory and research use by qualified individuals and institutions. “Research use” means scientific experimentation, analysis, or teaching in settings where applicable safety, ethics, and regulatory requirements are observed.
Products are not sold for human consumption, personal use, cosmetic use in finished consumer products, veterinary use in animals intended for food or as patients in a clinical context, or for any diagnostic or therapeutic purpose in humans or animals.
Not Drugs, Supplements, or FDA-Approved Products
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing for a specific SKU under a lawful regulatory pathway, products are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or analogous agencies for any indication. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Casmo Health makes no claim that any product is safe or effective for use in humans or animals. Analytical data such as Certificates of Analysis (COAs) describe characteristics of materials as supplied for research and do not constitute approval for clinical or consumer use.
No Instructions for Human or Veterinary Application
We do not provide dosing, administration, or treatment instructions for use in humans or animals. Any discussion of chemical identity, purity, or physical form is for research identification and laboratory handling context only.
Qualified Purchaser and Institutional Responsibility
By purchasing, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you are authorized to acquire and possess the materials ordered for lawful research in your location.
If you are ordering on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization and that the organization will use materials only in compliance with applicable law and internal protocols.
Compliance, Import, Export, and Licensing
You are solely responsible for determining whether purchase, possession, shipment, import, export, storage, transfer, or use of any product is lawful in your jurisdiction and for your intended research context. Casmo Health does not provide legal advice; consult qualified counsel where appropriate.
Certain compounds may be controlled, restricted, or require permits in some jurisdictions. It is your obligation to obtain any required licenses or approvals before ordering or using materials.
Handling, Storage, and Safety
Research chemicals and peptides may be hazardous if mishandled. You are responsible for appropriate personal protective equipment, engineering controls, labeling, storage, waste disposal, and adherence to your institution’s environmental health and safety requirements.
Casmo Health is not liable for injury, damage, or loss arising from improper handling, storage, or use inconsistent with research-only, laboratory-appropriate practices.
Assumption of Risk and Misuse
You assume all risks associated with possession and use of products for any purpose other than lawful research. Casmo Health disclaims responsibility for misuse, diversion, relabeling, resale for impermissible end uses, or incorporation into unapproved finished products.
