Research-use purchasing terms for authorized buyers of laboratory materials.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to Casmo Health’s website, accounts, and purchases. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase products.
Purchasers must be at least 21 years of age (or the age of majority where they reside) and must be authorized to acquire research-use materials in their jurisdiction.
You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. You must provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
All products are sold solely for lawful laboratory and analytical research. Products are not for human or veterinary use, and not for diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic finished-product, or consumer applications.
Your purchase confirms that you will use materials only in compliance with applicable law and, where applicable, institutional policies. Additional limitations appear in our Research Use Only policy at /research-disclaimer.
Descriptions, specifications, and Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are provided for research identification and quality documentation. They are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Casmo Health may update product information, testing summaries, or availability without notice. Minor batch-to-batch analytical variation may occur within stated specifications.
Prices, fees, taxes, and shipping charges are as shown at checkout unless otherwise communicated. We may refuse or cancel orders for compliance, fraud-prevention, inventory, or operational reasons.
You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount due. Chargebacks or payment disputes may be contested with documentation of the transaction.
Shipping timelines are estimates. Risk of loss for physical goods passes as stated at checkout or in order communications (for example, upon delivery to the carrier or to the address provided). You are responsible for providing a lawful, deliverable address.
You are responsible for verifying local laws, import/export rules, institutional approvals, and licensing obligations before purchase, storage, transfer, or use of any product.
You may not use the site or products for unlawful purposes, including obtaining materials for human ingestion, unapproved resale for consumer use, or evasion of controlled-substance or customs laws. Casmo Health may suspend or terminate access for suspected violations.
Return and refund eligibility, if any, is described at checkout, on product pages, or in post-purchase communications. Unless a different policy is stated for a given order, research chemicals may be non-returnable once shipped due to safety and traceability considerations.
Casmo Health may investigate chargebacks and may restrict future orders pending resolution.
Site design, text, graphics, logos, and compilations are owned by Casmo Health or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, or exploit site content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Except where prohibited by law, products and the site are provided “as is” and “as available.” Casmo Health disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casmo Health and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or products.
In no event shall Casmo Health’s aggregate liability for claims relating to an order exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limitations apply to the fullest extent allowed.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Casmo Health from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of products, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the internal laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction’s laws.
You agree that exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the site or products shall be in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Research Use Only policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding the subject matter hereof.
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational, or compliance requirements. The “Last updated” date will change when revisions are posted. Continued use of the site or new orders after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
